The only information you can provide us with is on a voluntary basis, in the form of an email sent to us and containing comments about your visit of the premises and/or a photo(s) taken during the visit or from outside the facility and submitted for inclusion to the online gallery or for contest purposes.

We do not verify the accuracy of the information provided to us.

Part II. Information Usage By submitting comments and/or photo(s) to us by email, you agree to the following:

We may, at our discretion, use your comments or part of such comments for promotional purposes on our Testimonials page or any other location on the web site we see fit. Comments used in such a way will be accompanied by the visitor's first name and city/country of origin only. Submitted photos could be posted at our discretion on the Testimonials page or in the photo gallery. They will also be entered in a contest if one is ongoing and advertised as such on the site. We will always attribute proper credits to a photo owner. We might shorten your text or use only portions of it, and we might have to crop of resize your pictures. We reserve the right to select only materials deemed adequate for posting on the web site.

Your email address will never be disclosed to any third party for any reason. By emailing us, you agree to be added to our database for eventual mailing of a newsletter, unless you specify otherwise in the email.

Terms, Conditions and Refund Policy

1. Our tickets grant a revocable license to the holder, or their designate, for repeat admission on any single regularly scheduled day of operation.

2. Hours - All hours and operating schedules are subject to change without notice.

3. Refunds - Tickets are non-refundable, cannot be sold, and will not be replaced if expired, destroyed, lost or stolen. Tickets purchased online may not be used for advertising promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other purposes without the prior written consent of Vancouver Lookout management.

4. Use of Vancouver Lookout Tickets by anyone other than the purchaser (or whom they have designated) will result in confiscation of the Tickets without refund and ejection from the premises.

5. Management reserves the right to revoke Tickets at any time without refund if misused, abused, or if the holder fails to abide by the policies, rules and regulations of Vancouver Lookout.

6. The holder of Vancouver Lookout Tickets agrees to the posted regulations and conditions of use of the Vancouver Lookout.

7. Tickets purchased online must be presented at the admission gate (Ticket Desk, main lobby) upon visit without exception or full admission fees will apply.

8. Photographs or videotape taken at Vancouver Lookout may not be used for any commercial purpose. The Vancouver Lookout reserves the right to take photographs/video of guests while on Vancouver Lookout premises to be used for commercial or promotional purposes. The Vancouver Lookout management reserves the right to remove from the premises those visitors breaking any law or regulation, without compensation.

9. Release - Ticket holder assumes all risks and danger of, and releases Vancouver Lookout, TicketOps Corporation, and their management, partners, agents or employees from any liability for personal injury, property loss or damage, whether occurring prior to, during or after visiting Vancouver Lookout premises and whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
